Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms form an agreement between you and Cozy Puzzle Games regarding the mobile game Paint The Room・Fill In Puzzles (the “Game”) and this website. By installing, opening or playing the Game, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Game.

2. Licence to play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

You may not:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Game or any part of it;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
• modify game files, use automation tools, or otherwise interfere with normal gameplay;
• remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice.

3. Distribution through Google Play

The Game is distributed through Google Play. Your use of that store is also subject to Google’s own terms. Installation, updates, refunds and payment processing are handled by Google, not by us.

4. Optional purchases and advertising

The Game is free to download. It may include optional in-app purchases and advertising, including rewarded ads you may choose to watch in exchange for in-game items such as colors or hints.

Any virtual items — colors, hints, coins, room progress or similar — are a licensed part of the Game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred outside the Game. Refund requests for purchases are handled under Google Play’s refund policy.

5. Progress and game data

Your progress is stored on your device. Clearing the Game’s data, uninstalling it, or switching to a different device may result in the permanent loss of that progress. We cannot restore lost progress and are not responsible for it.

6. Ownership

The Game, including its levels, artwork, pixel scenes, audio, text, logos and software, is owned by Cozy Puzzle Games and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time, including adding or removing levels, rooms and chapters. We may also stop distributing the Game. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Game or this website.

8. Illustrative content on this site

Screens, room artwork, level counts and progress figures shown on this website are illustrative previews created for presentation purposes. They may differ from the content of the current release of the Game.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or of virtual items, arising from your use of the Game.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers and liability — will continue to apply.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continuing to play after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
